We are trying our best to hold our pricing but it's getting so hard with supplies getting hard to get and very expensive. When our plywood doubled in price we had to make an increase. Now it's triple of what it was so we had to make another. Please know that WE WILL bring our prices back down when the plywood and hardwood market comes down. We are hoping that it's gone as high as it's going to go and hopefully it will begin to back off some soon.

We continue to grow and change so don't be afraid of asking us to do that CUSTOM "WHATEVER YOU WANT" item/s in almost any size up to 48" X 40". Just reach out to us by Convo. We cut 1/8 and 1/2" thick too.

Processing time: 1-3 days but most orders arrive to your door in 3 or 4 days.
*Please be aware that the laser will leave a smooth, brown edge on your laser-cut item.
**Make sure you pay attention to the listing details! Most all of our items are made from 1/4" (6mm) thick plywood. A great thickness and weight for most any craft project!

Please note: the holes for hanging we offer in some of the listings are cut all the way through the wood. It is not a hole/notch only in the back! However the image is oriented in the listing photo shows how we assume you want to hang it, so the holes will be top center of that position. We will custom place them if you ask us.

I wanted the long sleeve jockey shirt, but I checked the wrong box and inadvertently ordered the short sleeve shirt. At least I got to see how good the quality is before I re-order! Shipping was super fast, and the item is great quality.

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to try and accommodate your custom orders. Please send us a message with what you have in mind. You may be charged a design fee if the design is something that is outside of the scope of what we already have done and will take us lots of time to create. However, once you purchase that custom design, your design fee will be credited back to you. As a courtesy to us, please try to give us all of the details of your request in the first message. It is sometimes difficult to make edits when you come back and request another change; we often just have to start all over. This includes size, font style, and any specific design changes. Also, be sure to search our store for what you're looking for before you ask.
Sizing details
All of our sizes are listed in the drop-down menu labeled "size." If there's only 1 size option for the item, it should be in the item details or also listed in the box near the price of the item. If there's just 1 dimension listed, that means that the design is symmetrical and is that size in length & in width.
Care instructions
We recommend you open your package gently as some of our items are fragile. We do our best to package them securely, but if opened too rough, they can be damaged.
Due to the nature of the laser machine, it can leave a residue along the edge of where the item is cut. This isn't usually a problem once painted, but if you wanted to stain it you may want to wipe it off. You can use a rag with water or sprayed with window cleaner to clean it off. There may also be some brown dust around the edges that can be easily wiped off with a damp cloth.
